The “Come on Board” bonus of €250 gross is being offered for selected positions exclusively at the Hamburg location for a limited period from October 1st, 2023 to December 31st, 2023. Applicants who are not or have not already been employed by Leadec or a subsidiary are eligible. The date of submission of the application within the specified period applies. The premium is a one-off payment subject to income tax and social security contributions. The new employee receives the “Come on Board” bonus if he/she is in an employment contract that has not been terminated after 3 months of service (also applies to fixed-term contracts with a minimum term of 12 months). The “Come on Board” bonus is then paid out with the payroll that follows the first 3 months of employment. The granting of this service is voluntary and without recognition of a corresponding legal obligation for the future. The company reserves the right to decide again whether and to what extent a “Come on Board Bonus” will be granted beyond the stated period.
