Within the Business Process Management (BPM) department we design, harmonize and standardize global end-to-end business processes to improve both the efficiency as well as the quality of our processes. We define functional requirements for the management of our applications and support the implementation of key application projects alongside our global digitalization strategy. As a central function within the global holding we are at the heart of transformation and always have the big picture in mind.
Your field of activity will be international Business Intelligence and Analytics projects to support and further develop Leadec's existing BA application landscape. Both for top management and all levels of operational management. This includes designing and creating reports with IBM Planning Analytics or even Apliqo UX. You contribute your own ideas when it comes to implementing new projects or further developing existing applications. Our CRM team is responsible for the global digitization of our Sales and Service processes based on the Salesforce product stack. In your role as a developer, consultant or administrator you will be working in an agile, highly professional and international team and contributing to the overall success of the global implementation and operation of Salesforce at Leadec. IT project managers are the human interface between IT and business stakeholders.

In the field of Production IT, we develop and integrate assembly control systems (MES), production data acquisition, test and measurement systems, and network plants.
