Leadec's forklift department is one of the oldest service companies for forklifts in the Chemnitz area and can look back on approx. 50 years of forklift tradition and service experience.

The forklift service department was founded around 1960 in the former VEB Barkas plant in Karl-Marx-Stadt, now Chemnitz. In August 1989 the takeover by Hörmann Barkas took place and in 2010 Leadec followed. With a team of 12 employees, we currently service approx. 1,400 pieces of material handling equipment such as electric, diesel and gas forklifts, tiller trucks and electric tow tractors.

New in the program of our Chemnitz service station for forklifts is the support, maintenance and defect removal of rolling doors as well as load handling devices (e.g. suspension cranes).

Leadec stands for individual support, short response times, competent advice and a versatile product range. Our goal is to use our professional skills and experience in a planned manner so that our customers can concentrate fully on their day-to-day business.
